Analysing the factors will only help you in better designing the facade.

☼ Appropriate glazing ratio and the location: it is very important to first understand the location of the building and then deciding the right amount of glazing, to give a good aesthetic look and harness maximum light.

☼ Deciding the shading: along with light and ventilation, deciding on the shading strategy is also important from the architectural perspective.

☼ Deciding the right material: it is very important that the appropriate material is chosen for building the facade.

☼ Designing the facade: after ensuring that the above mentioned factors have been rightly analysed, it is very important to give a good design to the facade system of the building.
